Preflight (audit tool) — data handling

This section applies only to customers who pay for and use Solaratechs Preflight (preflight QA for outbound campaigns). [0503-0130]

• What we receive: the CSV you upload (recipient_email, company, custom_link, expected/forbidden tokens, optional email_body) plus your Stripe checkout session.
• What we do with it: for each row, our engine fetches custom_link from our server's IP and runs deterministic checks (HTTP status, DOM token match, cross-recipient leakage). We do not log into anything, do not pass data to any LLM, and do not enrich it with third-party data.
• What we never do: resell, share, or repurpose your list. No data appears in any case study, marketing material, or public artefact unless you explicitly authorise it in writing.
• Where it lives: uploaded CSVs are stored on a single VPS in a per-job directory keyed by an unguessable token, and the rendered report is served from a sibling token-keyed directory. Reports are private (URL-token gated, X-Robots-Tag: noindex,nofollow) but not currently encrypted at rest.
• Retention: uploaded CSV + rendered report are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@solaratechs.com with your reference token — we'll confirm deletion within 24h.
• Sub-processors: Stripe (payment), Zoho Mail (delivery email), the IPs of the websites you ask us to fetch (we look like a normal browser request).
• Refunds: if our audit misses a real defect, or if you're unhappy with your first audit for any reason, reply within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
