Refund Policy
Summary: We offer a 30-day refund* on the DirectAds AI PDF ($27), minus the payment gateway processing fee (~4%). Add-on orders are not refundable. No interrogation, no hassle.
1. What Is Refundable

2. Refund Amount
Approved refunds are issued for the purchase price minus the payment gateway processing fee. The processing fee is approximately 4% of the transaction value (charged by our payment processor and non-recoverable by us).
Example: A $27.00 purchase will receive a refund of approximately $25.92 (USD $27.00 − ~$1.08 gateway fee).
The exact fee may vary slightly depending on your payment method and country.
3. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@solaratechs.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order/receipt number (from your purchase confirmation email)
- A brief note that you want a refund (no reason required)
We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your request. Funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
5. No Partial Refunds
Refunds are issued as a single transaction for the eligible product. We do not issue partial refunds for partially read or partially used materials.
6. Digital Product — No Physical Return
As this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, there is no physical item to return. Upon receiving a refund, you agree to delete all copies of the Kit from your devices and discontinue use of its contents.
7. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests, redistribution of content prior to refund request). Suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia may have additional rights under their respective consumer protection legislation.
