By accessing or purchasing from DirectAds AI ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Product is operated by Master Craft Online ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.
DirectAds AI is a digital information product — a downloadable PDF guide and associated materials (collectively "the Kit") that provides educational content on setting up and using AI tools with Meta advertising accounts. The Kit is delivered electronically upon purchase.
The Kit is an independently created educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., Anthropic PBC, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform referenced for educational purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
All content in the Kit — including but not limited to text, prompts, templates, workflows, and design — is the intellectual property of Master Craft Online. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Kit for your own business purposes.

The Kit is educational in nature. We make no representations or warranties that use of the Kit will result in any specific advertising outcome, ROAS improvement, revenue increase, or business result. Results depend entirely on individual effort, account conditions, market factors, and third-party platform behaviour beyond our control.
Any figures or examples referenced are illustrative only and are not guarantees of typical or expected results.
The Kit involves the use of third-party services (including but not limited to Meta's advertising platform, AI model providers, and payment processors). We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or deprecations made by any third-party platform. Such changes may affect the functionality of workflows described in the Kit. Free updates are provided on a best-efforts basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Craft Online and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business arising out of or related to your use of the Kit.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Kit.
The Kit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to use the Kit lawfully and in accordance with Meta's platform policies and any applicable advertising regulations in your jurisdiction. You remain solely responsible for how you use AI tools on client or personal ad accounts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
